Do you offer post-edition, translation and proofreading services in special or difficult file formats?

Yes, absolutely. We are used to work not only with the most global text formats, but also with .html, .php, .xml, .json, .srt, .ass, .xlsx.We also work with editing and layout programs such as Adobe InDesign or Figma among others. If the format of your project is not included in this list and you want to know if we can work with it, write us a message and we will solve your doubts as soon as possible.

Do you do translations with plugins in browser-based website environments such as Wordpress, Webflow and/or Shopify among others?

Yes, we translate, edit and proofread on these platforms and many more. Depending on the project we do it with plugins like WeGlot or Wpml and then a complete re-editing of the translations and even sometimes if the client requires it, we do 100% human translation without plugins.

Are urgent projects more expensive?

Not necessarily. The first thing we always do is to assess the project and be honest with the client since every project is different. Based on this assessment, we talk to the client and agree on terms that are favorable to both of us.

How much do your translation, proofreading or content writing services cost?

Everything depends on the project. We always adapt to our client's budget. It is not the same to collaborate with a small company with few resources than with a multinational. That's why we always make an initial assessment and estimate of the project, and then we talk to the client to determine exactly what the cost will be. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, PayPal and Wise among the most common payment methods. In general, we prefer not to receive checks. Please do not hesitate to ask us if you need more information about payment methods.

When will the translation, proofreading or editing of my project be ready?

We work on both short and long deadlines. As always, depending on the size of your project and the urgency of it, we will agree on a date that is generally favorable for both of us. However, we have clients from all over the world and in time zones very different from ours, so we can assure you that our delivery dates are 24/7.
